Nightly Rate

From $260 AUD per night (twin share, 2 guests)

Minimum stay: 2 nights

Discounts apply for stays over 7 nights
​This rate includes complimentary breakfast supplies for stays of 3 nights or less— sourdough, eggs, fruit, yogurt, milk.
For stays over 3 nights, breakfast supplies are not included but can be arranged upon request @ additional cost to guests.
The second bedroom is available upon request if you’d prefer a bit of extra space (or peace and quiet). Just let us know in advance so we can have it ready for you.

Additional charge: $45 per night, includes linen and provisions

Cleaning Fee

A $100 cleaning fee applies to all stays up to a 7-day period

For stays longer than 8 nights, a weekly clean and linen change is required (included in the cleaning fee)
Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: From 2:00 PM

Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Late check-out may be arranged on request and subject to availability
Booking & Payment

Your booking is confirmed once full payment is received

Direct bookings require a $500 refundable security deposit

Deposit is refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided the terms below are met
Security Deposit Refund Terms
Your $500 deposit will be fully refunded if:

There is no damage to the property or its contents

No missing items (e.g. linens, towels, kitchenware)

The property is left tidy all garbage has been bagged and placed in outside bins (no excessive mess)

No indoor smoking or vaping
-
No unauthorised guests or pets
-
No breach of house rules (e.g. noise, parties)

Keys are returned (if applicable)

Any late check-outs are pre-approved
